Telemedicine IOP Services

Our virtual Intensive Outpatient Program allows clients to receive high-quality care from the comfort of their homes.

In-Person IOP Services
Structured. Supportive. Transformative.
Our Reseda location offers a warm, therapeutic environment where clients can engage in face-to-face healing and peer connection.
- Group therapy sessions (3–5 days per week)
- Individual therapy with assigned licensed clinicians
- Medication management with a psychiatric provider
- Crisis intervention and stabilization planning
- Coordination of care with external providers

Our Program Structure
Our Intensive Outpatient Program is designed to provide comprehensive care while allowing you to maintain your daily responsibilities.
3–5 days per week of therapeutic programming
Morning and evening tracks to accommodate schedules
Group therapy (CBT, DBT, trauma processing)
Individual therapy (weekly)
Psychiatric evaluation and medication management
Case management and support with life skills
All treatment plans are personalized to reflect each client's needs, diagnoses, and goals.
